Delivery, Returns and Cancellation Policy


We deliver to UK mainland only. All deliveries over the value of £75.00 are free of charge. Any deliveries below this value are charged at £3.99. Recorded Delivery will be made by Royal Mail on a 1st Class signed for basis. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours from an order being placed, except at weekends when they are dispatched on the following Monday.


We hope that you are delighted with your online mail order purchase from us. However, if you need to make a return for any reason we will be happy to help.

You can return goods you have ordered from us if Merchandise is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979.

Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days (from receipt of goods) in their original condition. After this we reserve the right to accept a refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method and can take up to 7 days to appear on your account.

Before returning your items to us, please check:
– The item (s) for return is unworn, in re-saleable condition, complete with all swing tags & any original packaging.

How To Return Your Item(s) – UK Customers

Please note: Items for return that were bought online can NOT be refunded in any of our stores. They must be returned to the address below and refunds will be refunded via your original online payment method.

We will include a pre-written postage bag with our returns address. Simply pop your item(s) in the bag with completed returns form.

We do not cover the cost of returns postage to us. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely with us.

We recommend that you insure the parcel to the value of the item(s) you’re returning. We also recommend that you use a recorded delivery so that you can track your parcel online.
